ATTENTION:

 Our San Diego shop is permanently closed! We're moving :) Please click the "locations" tab above for more info. Website will remain active for shipping! During our busy season, please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your order (plus shipping time). We’re working around the clock, but you may experience a longer wait time for orders larger than 5lbs. Large orders are currently at a 2-3 weeks wait time depending on order size. If you need to have your order sooner or need to confirm our current schedule, please inquire about rushed orders :) 

1. I don't want to order online, does Sweetbricks have a storefront?

 Our San Diego shop is currently closed! We're moving to Northern California, please stay tuned for details. Website will remain active:)

 

2. Where does Sweetbricks ship? 

We ship anywhere in the United States via USPS Priority. Orders leave our shop in 2-4 business days + 2-3 days for delivery. Please contact us for information on rushed orders.

Priority Mail is not a guaranteed service. The 2 days is an estimate. Please contact us for a quote on international or expedited/rush shipping. We are not responsible for delays due to USPS error. SHIP AT YOUR OWN RISK DURING HOT WEATHER. Cold packing is available, but tends to be very expensive. Please contact before ordering for more information. 

 

3. Can I place a custom order for a corporate event?

Yes! Please email jena@sweetbricks for details and pricing. Please note that during the holiday season its common for us to be booked 2-3 weeks out. 

 

4. Is your toffee gluten free?

Most of our flavors are wheat free, however our toffee is NOT made in a gluten free kitchen. Please inquire for wheat free options. 

 

5. Do you offer local delivery in San Diego?

We can offer delivery straight to your home or office for an additional fee based on location. Please inquire about our delivery radius. 

 

6. Why does it take 2-4 days to process my order?

Each batch of candy is handcrafted fresh to order. As we enter our busy holiday season (November - December), processing time is closer to 4 days, however its not uncommon for us to ship your order within 1-2 days. If you need an order rushed, or by a specific day, please contact jena@sweetbricks.com. We are not responsible for delays due to USPS error.
